Cold air will affect the northeastern provinces. Tomorrow (March 7), cold air will continue to strengthen and affect most of the northern and north central provinces.

Due to the influence of cold air, in the Northeast and North Central regions, there will be scattered rain and light rain. The wind inland will change to the northeast at level 2-3, and in coastal areas at level 3. In the Northeast, from this evening and tonight, the weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 14-17 degrees.

Hanoi has light rain; from tonight the weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature at night and early morning commonly 15-17oC.

From this afternoon, in the North of the Gulf of Tonkin and the North of the North East Sea, there will be strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7; rough seas. Waves will be 1.5-2.0m high. Disaster risk level: level 1.
