Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City Tran Manh Quan has just signed a Notice to Le Truc Garment Joint Stock Company that on March 6, he will organize the implementation of coercive measures to execute the decision to sanction administrative violations in construction activities at No. 8B Le Truc (Hanoi).

Violating builder No. 88B Le Truc

This notice is based on Decision No. 32/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2016 of the People's Committee of Ba Dinh District on applying coercive measures to enforce the Decision on administrative sanctions for violations in construction activities at No. 8B Le Truc, invested by Le Truc Garment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Ward is assigned to organize the application of this coercive measure.

The announcement of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Ward clearly stated: The enforcement period begins from 8:00 a.m. on March 6, 2016, until the completion of handling of violations at the construction site at 8B Le Truc, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

Dien Bien Ward People's Committee also requested the investor to comply with the requirements of the enforcement force, be responsible for paying all costs of establishing and appraising the demolition plan, costs of organizing the enforcement, and bear all damages arising during the process of enforcing the demolition of the illegal construction work./.
