According to the working program, it is expected that this morning (May 4), the 5th Central Conference (13th term) will open in Hanoi with many important contents.

Accordingly, some of the contents expected to be discussed are: Summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (11th tenure), on continuing to innovate land law policies in the period of comprehensively promoting the renovation process; summarizing 15 years of implementing Resolution 7 of the Central Committee Conference (10th tenure) on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas; summarizing 20 years of implementing Resolution 5 of the Central Committee Conference (9th tenure) on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy...
To prepare the above contents, in the past time, the competent authorities have organized surveys, worked, collected opinions from departments, ministries, branches, central and local agencies, consulted with experts, scientists, and managers. The competent authorities also took in maximum opinions, filtered and agreed to complete the reports and drafts, ensuring progress and quality.
Land is a very complex and sensitive issue that receives the attention of the whole society, related to all aspects of economic and social life, and all people. The summary of land law policies continues to closely follow the Party's guidelines and policies, especially the Party Platform and the 2013 Constitution, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; at the same time, it solves specific and short-term issues in each period, maximally liberates, exploits and promotes land resources to serve the country's development.
Based on the summary and assessment of land law policies over the past 10 years, the competent authorities will complete the Submission and Draft Resolution to submit to the Politburo for consideration, before submitting to the Central Executive Committee for comments and decision to issue a new Resolution of the Central Committee at the 5th Central Conference (13th term)./.
