(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 9, Tan Ky District Medical Center organized eye screening and provided free medicine for more than 100 elderly people in Nghia Binh commune, Tan Ky district.

In order to facilitate the elderly, screening examinations are carried out directly at the commune health stations. Here, the elderly are examined by doctors and nurses of the Health Center, consulted about eye diseases, and given free medicine.

For serious cases, treatment or cataract surgery will be advised. In Nghia Binh commune, 22 cases have been assigned to the Medical Center for free cataract surgery.
