More than 120 business owners attend 4.0 business administration training course

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thu - Director of the Youth Development Support Center of Nghe An province emphasized that in the process of innovation, promoting industrialization, modernization and international integration, the application of 4.0 technology has become an inevitable trend to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. Now, the criteria set for enterprises have become even more stringent. Not only stopping at providing products and services suitable to the needs of the times but also having to change to keep up with new trends.

In particular, in the current increasingly complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, the 4.0 industrial revolution plays a very important role in promoting economic recovery and development.

Based on these requirements, the Youth Development Support Center in collaboration with the Nghe An Province Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center organized a Business Administration training course with the topic "Effective and highly productive operation of 4.0 enterprises" with the aim of training and providing basic knowledge and information on business administration. This is also an opportunity to help businesses improve their knowledge and skills in grasping and operating effectively as well as being proactive and creative in business strategies and international integration to meet the modernization trend.

The 2-day training course (November 13-14) includes 5 key objectives: Building a modern, lean enterprise in line with technology development trends; building a highly productive and efficient workforce; establishing new skills and habits for the future of work; digitizing all work on a new working technology platform and inspiring work inspiration.

The class was organized online in accordance with the Covid-19 epidemic situation with 4 centralized locations. More than 120 participants were business owners, production and business models, and cooperatives in Nghe An province.
