More than 18 billion VND invested in infrastructure for salt industry in Dien Van
(Baonghean.vn) - Dien Van, Dien Chau is one of the localities with a long-standing salt production and trading profession. However, over the past many years, salt production has decreased due to lack of investment in salt industry infrastructure, and many salt fields have been abandoned.
To overcome difficulties in salt production as well as preserve this traditional local profession, the State has invested in infrastructure for the salt industry here, mainly building water channels and internal road systems to help salt farmers increase the value of salt production.
