More than 2.1 billion VND to implement policies for poor households in difficult areas

(Baonghean.vn) - HQuy Hop mountainous district is providing salt and iodized salt products, plants and animal breeds to 21,999 people in 19 communes in regions II and III in the area.

Accordingly, Quy Hop district was allocated more than 2.1 billion VND to implement the policy of supporting iodized salt and iodized seasoning powder, seeds, animals and cash for 21,999 people in 19 communes in region II and region III. Of which, nearly 1.2 billion VND is for supporting salt and iodine preparations with a rate of 5kg/person/year.

This policy is the concretization of Decision 2709/QD-UBND of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on approving the budget estimate and organizing the implementation of the policy of direct support for poor households in difficult areas in the province in 2017./.
