(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 27th, the Provincial Red Cross Society, in collaboration with the City Red Cross Society and doctors and nurses from Vinh City General Hospital, organized free medical examinations, treatment, and medication distribution for over 200 people in Hung Hoa and Hung Loc communes, Vinh City.

This activity is part of the 2013 plan of the Provincial Red Cross Society on providing free healthcare and medical examinations and medication to people in disaster-stricken areas and disadvantaged families. Through this, people, especially the poor, the elderly, and those in need, can access modern medical equipment, receive advice, and get free medication.
This is the second time this year that the provincial Red Cross has organized this activity.
