This activity is part of the 2013 plan of the Provincial Red Cross on health care and free medical examination and medicine for people in disaster-stricken areas and families in difficult circumstances. Thereby helping people, especially the poor, the elderly and the disadvantaged, to have access to modern medical equipment, free consultation and medicine.
This is the second time this year that the Provincial Red Cross has organized this activity.
