More than 200 gifts from the program "Warm Tet in the village" to people in border communes
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 29, the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Nghe An province coordinated with units and businesses to visit and give gifts to students and families in difficult circumstances in Dooc May commune, Ky Son district.
This is a series of activities "Warm Tet in the village" within the "Warm Winter" program launched by the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Nghe An province to share and encourage people and youth in mountainous areas with difficult circumstances during the Tet holiday.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Nghe An province coordinated with business units to present 8 gifts to the Youth Union Secretary and 2 tons of rice to disadvantaged households in Dooc May commune to celebrate Tet; and presented a gift worth 2 million VND to the People's Committee of Dooc May commune.

At the same time, the delegation presented 180 gifts including warm clothes and candy to students of Doc May Primary School; awarded 30 scholarships to 30 students in Doc May who are studying at Na Loi Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; and organized a year-end meal for students of Doc May Primary School. The total value of the gifts was over 100 million VND.

Accordingly, the delegation also visited and gave gifts to the poor student family of Ho Y Co worth 5.5 million VND.
