More than 300 Nghe An women participate in the topic 'Uncle Ho with Vietnamese women'
(Baonghean.vn) - Stories expressing Uncle Ho's affection, care and respect for women of all generations have motivated Nghe An women to continue to strive to promote good qualities, study, practice, and rise up to affirm their role and position in today's society.
On the morning of May 14, the Vietnam Women's Union of Nghe An province organized a conference on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on practicing democracy and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline and the topic "Uncle Ho with women".
Professor, Doctor Hoang Chi Bao, senior expert, former member of the Central Theoretical Council directly delivered the topic.

In recent times, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has always been valued by all levels of Nghe An Women's Union and considered a regular and continuous task.
The implementation of this thematic conference is a concrete activity to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the Study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. At the same time, it aims to celebrate the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024); 55 years since Uncle Ho sent his last letter to the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province (July 21, 1969 - July 21, 2024) and 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969 - 2024).

Through the conference, the staff and members of the Women's Union at all levels in the province raised their awareness of Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and personality, thereby striving to study, practice and perform assigned tasks better.


At the conference, Professor, Doctor Hoang Chi Bao told many touching and authentic stories about Uncle Ho's life. In particular, the stories showed Uncle Ho's affection, care and respect for women of all generations. From little girls to adult women, female cadres at all levels and sectors, especially the brave female soldiers who defeated the Americans in the South and female farmers.
The talk contributed to reviewing the glorious history of Vietnamese women, arousing pride, raising awareness, educating revolutionary traditions and ideals. At the same time, it encouraged women to constantly strive, promote good qualities, study, practice, and rise up to affirm their role and position, worthy of the eight golden words Uncle Ho gave: "Heroic, indomitable, loyal, and capable"./.
