More than 500 plastic guns of unknown origin on passenger bus

(Baonghean.vn) - Suspecting that the truck had signs of violations, the market management force inspected and discovered that the truck was carrying more than 500 smuggled plastic guns for children.

On April 29, the market management force received a report from the people that on National Highway 1A, near the gas station in Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district, a truck with license plate 79C - 11203 was parked loading and unloading goods, showing signs of violations.

At 12:05 p.m., Market Management Team No. 4 conducted an inspection and discovered a truck driven by driver Le Thanh Lan (born in 1982, residing in Ninh Da ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province) carrying a large quantity of contraband goods.

Specifically, the vehicle was carrying 8 boxes of goods, containing 516 foreign-made children's plastic guns without invoices or legal documents.

After the detention, market management team No. 4 made a record of administrative handling of the driver and destroyed the above goods according to regulations.
