Tay Son is a mountainous commune with many difficulties in the border district of Ky Son, with 292 households, 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people, the rate of poor and near-poor households accounts for over 50%. During this period, volunteer organizations handed over a 3-room boarding house, with an area of ​​152m2.² with a total cost of nearly 200 million VND at Tay Son Ethnic Minority Secondary School. The house is capable of supporting nearly 100 boarding students.

The delegation also presented 600 gifts to 600 children in Tay Son commune and Hoa Son and Son Thanh villages of Ta Ca commune.
