Honda Vario 150 - 70 million VND scooter arrives in Vietnam

The 2016 150cc scooter model using eSP engine appeared in Ho Chi Minh City and was imported from Indonesia.

Honda Vario is also known as Click in the Thai market. Vario entered the Indonesian market in 2006, the vehicle has 3 versions: 110, 125 and 150cc, while in Thailand there is only the 125 version.

Like the Click 125, the Vario 150 has a similar design, with many sporty angular lines and is aimed at young people, regardless of gender.

Compared to the Air Blade in Vietnam, the Vario is 40 mm longer at 1,921 mm, 4 mm narrower at 683 mm and 1,096 mm tall, 15 mm lower. The wheelbase is 8 mm shorter at 1,280 mm. The Vario's ground clearance is 135 mm, while the Air Blade's is 131 mm. The weight difference is negligible, the Vario weighs 109 kg, the Air Blade is 110 kg. The Vario's fuel tank has a capacity of 5.5 liters, while the Air Blade's is 4.4 liters.

The 2016 Vario 150 is equipped with a 150cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, electronic fuel-injected engine, with a capacity of 12.4 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 12.8 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The Vario's engine integrates eSP technology with the Idling Stop feature, automatically turning off the engine when stopped for more than 3 seconds.
