International press conference announcing draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress

Comrade Lai Xuan Mon - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission for Mass Mobilization chaired the press conference.

At the press conference, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon announced the basic contents of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect public opinions.

According to the leader of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the 13th Central Party Executive Committee recently met and decided on important tasks, including approving and especially emphasizing the importance of the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

This is the core content, directly related to the success of the 14th Party Congress, to the goal of rapid and sustainable development, and to improving the real lives of the people.

The conference affirmed that the process of building and preparing documents was very elaborate, thorough, updated, revised, and supplemented many times, designed in an innovative, scientific, concise, and substantive direction, clearly orienting breakthroughs in institutions, infrastructure, and human resources...

The content of the document basically meets the requirements for submission to the 14th National Congress of the Party, shaping strategic thinking, vision and development orientation of the country until the mid-21st century.

To prepare well for the 14th National Party Congress, the 13th Central Conference directed to continue supplementing and perfecting the content of documents, making them concise, profound, and demonstrating strategic vision.

Affirming three strategic breakthroughs in new conditions of institutions, infrastructure and human resources; clarifying digital transformation, green transformation, regional connectivity, smart cities, focusing on marine economy, cultural economy, and importantly, quantifying targets and roadmaps for feasible implementation.

In that spirit, at the international press conference, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission officially announced the full text of the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, including:

The draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee presented at the 14th National Party Congress is titled: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, joining hands and being unanimous, successfully implementing the country's development goals by 2030, with strategic autonomy, self-reliance, self-confidence, and strong progress in the era of the nation's rise for peace, independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steady progress towards socialism".

Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam.

Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter for the period 2011 to 2025 and proposing directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter.

The representative of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission said that the work of collecting opinions and contributions from National Assembly deputies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, officials, party members and people will be carried out from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
