Embarrassed when filming sex scenes with Quach Ngoc Ngoan

- How is the role in the movie 'Immortal' difficult and different from previous roles?

“The Immortal” is Jun Vu’s latest film, but it was actually filmed last year, at the same time as “The Glorious Years”. In the film, I play the role of a singer, but in real life I don’t know how to sing, so I had to spend a lot of time practicing. Director Victor Vu hired a singer to teach me how to practice. I learned a lot about this art form after the film.

- This is an action horror movie, were your scenes dangerous?

My role is probably the most leisurely in "The Immortal". There are many scenes in the film that make the crew work hard, but because I play a young lady from a wealthy and powerful family, my scenes are mainly indoors, I don't have to travel as much as everyone else.

However, there were some thrilling things during the filming. Someone revealed that the house the crew used for filming was haunted. I am a person who is very afraid of ghosts, when I heard that news I was also very scared but luckily when filming there were many people around so I felt better.

- In the movie there is a hot scene between you and Quach Ngoc Ngoan, how do you feel?

Actually, this is not the first time I have done a hot scene. Previously, in the movie "Let me be closer to you", I also had a hot scene with Vo Dinh Hieu.

But perhaps, this is my most detailed hot scene in a movie. Luckily, Quach Ngoc Ngoan is an experienced actor so he helped me a lot to be able to portray the role well.

Before filming, we discussed what we would do to complete the scene smoothly and quickly. We talked intimately like two brothers when we were off set, so when we were filming the hot scene, we were both a bit shy. However, everything went smoothly in the end, without having to re-enact it too many times. The difficulty of this scene was that the director wanted the scene to express the emotions, psychology, and a bit of mystery of the characters in the film.

- Is your lover jealous...?

When you love an artist, you have to understand and accept that. I am not a person who can be moved by flashy things. So if that person understands, they should not be jealous of those things.

- What impression did Quach Ngoc Ngoan leave on you?

I think in a movie, the co-star is very important to you. If they have emotions, naturally my emotions are also raised a lot.

Quach Ngoc Ngoan is a serious co-star. In this movie, he had many difficult scenes but he never complained and just tried his best to complete his scenes. He is also a cheerful person, always bringing laughter to everyone behind the scenes. I remember, there was a time when Quach Ngoc Ngoan even stole mangoes and got some salt and chili for everyone to eat.

- Do you need to nurture true feelings of love for your co-star to be able to play your role well?

Actually, at first I didn't think an actor needed to be like that, but since acting in "Cho Anh Gan Em Thuc Chut Nua", my concept has changed a bit.

It is not necessary for two actors to truly love each other, but they just need to have good feelings for each other, find many things in each other that make them feel fond of each other to create sympathy with their co-star. I think at that time, every word and look will be much more genuine. If two actors love each other, I think they love each other's characters. But when the movie ends and they still love each other, then maybe it is a real human feeling for each other, not just on film anymore.

Countless calls and text messages

- Recently, many people commented that Jun has changed a lot, taking sexier photos after her breast augmentation. People even said she did that to "invite" rich men...

I am a beauty lover and always want to have a sexy body whether I show it or not. It is not only after my breast augmentation that I am like that. I also regularly go to the gym to have a more attractive body.

I grew up in a foreign environment so wearing a bikini to take pictures is very normal, nothing too excessive as some people commented.

I think the rich are not the only ones who want to become beautiful. I want to become beautiful for myself, to respect the audience and to become a role model to motivate others to strive. There is nothing wrong with that.

- Have you ever been invited by a rich man?

The last time I went to Hong Kong, I received a lot of messages. Many people called me to ask how much it would cost to go out for a private dinner or texted me to get to know me. There were countless messages and calls like that. At times like that, I would silently refuse.

I think being rich or not is not the problem, what matters is how the men approach you, whether they are polite and sincere or not. If a rich man is sincere and kind, not only me but any girl would want that.

- After "Glorious Years", has Jun Vu's life changed much?

I consider myself a lucky person to have been well received by everyone in the past 3 years. I do not want to create scandals to become famous. Maybe the scandals are due to my immaturity and not something I intentionally created. I always want to try my best to show everyone my ability.

I have now returned to Vietnam to work in the entertainment industry. Before, I traveled between Thailand and Vietnam a lot so I had almost no assets. I did not even dare to rent a spacious, comfortable house to live in, but now I am completely capable of doing that. And when I am completely in one place to focus on developing my career, I have also outlined new goals for myself in the near future.

- If you follow Jun Vu's Instagram, you can see that her life is quite lavish. Do you get help from your family or boyfriend?

I travel a lot mostly for work. I also love to travel and take photos. I currently pay for all my living expenses myself.
