At that time, the car with license plate 37A-28878 was moving in the South - North direction, when it reached Dien An commune, it suddenly crashed into the back of a trailer.

The strong impact caused the car to be severely damaged and completely deformed. At the time of the accident, there were 3 people in the car and all 3 were seriously injured and were taken to the emergency room by local people.
