Hue defeated Hai Duong on the opening day of the national U13 tournament.

On the afternoon of July 13, 2015, the opening ceremony of the final round of the 2015 Mobifone Cup National Youth Football Tournament took place at Tu Do Stadium (Hue City).

This year's final round features 10 teams: Binh Duong, Viettel 1, Viettel 2, Hanoi, Sanna Khanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hai Duong, Binh Dinh, Long An, and host team Thua Thien Hue. The tournament runs until July 22nd.

Immediately following the opening ceremony was the Group A match between Hue and Hai Duong. With the support of thousands of fans and a promising squad of young players, the home team dominated the game and won 2-0, both goals scored by Nguyen Quoc Hoang. This was also the result of the first Group A match between Binh Duong and Viettel 2, with the victory going to the young team from Binh Duong.

In Group B, Khanh Hoa and defending champions Song Lam Nghe An drew 0-0, while Viettel 1 thrashed Long An 3-0.

Four matches will take place tomorrow, July 14th.

This is the 21st year that the National Youth Football Tournament has been jointly organized by the Vietnam Football Federation, Nhi Dong Newspaper, and VEBA Company.
