Attending were district leaders and 400 youth union members in the district.

During nearly 2 hours, the youth union members of Hung Nguyen district had the opportunity to directly exchange and dialogue with the district leaders and heads of district-level departments on issues related to youth union members such as: Vocational training, employment for youth, loans for investment in production and finding outlets for products for economic development models of youth union members. Issues related to union work such as: allowances for union staff and operating expenses, facilities, equipment serving the activities of grassroots union organizations. Dialogue with district leaders is an important political forum - an opportunity for youth union members to reflect, express their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals to all levels and sectors on issues related to life, study, training, career orientation, employment, opportunities to contribute and promote their role in society, creating a driving force for young people to actively make more efforts in studying, training, working, promoting their youth to participate in socio-economic development in the locality.
