Hung Nguyen surveyed people's satisfaction with the chairman of the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level.

The Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Nguyen district presided over and coordinated with the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council and the Department of Internal Affairs to conduct an evaluation vote at the second dialogue conference between leaders and communes and towns in 2018. The expected end date of the survey is October 15.

This activity is carried out on the principles of construction, voluntariness, objectivity, democracy and transparency.

Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairwoman of the Hung Nguyen District Fatherland Front Committee, Thai Thi Hai Chau, said: The survey results were reported to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of the District People's Council and People's Committee; Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees of communes and towns.

This is a constructive information channel, contributing to improving the effectiveness of leadership and direction of Party committees and management of the government in survey and assessment contents; improving the quality of service to the people of the team of leaders and managers at the grassroots level.

"Especially implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII) on some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system, streamlining, and operating effectively and efficiently," Ms. Chau added the purpose of the survey.

Hung Nguyen district has 22 communes and 1 town. As of September 27, this unit has surveyed 12 communes.

During this time, Hung Nguyen also conducted a survey to assess people's satisfaction in a number of areas of State management at the grassroots level for the following positions: Justice - Civil status, including a survey of civil status officers; Culture - Society, including a survey of policy officers; Land administration - construction - urban and environment (for towns)/land administration - agriculture - construction and environment (for communes), including a survey of cadres working in land administration.

The survey content includes: attitude towards serving the people, responsibility towards work and ethics, lifestyle. These civil servants are also evaluated at 3 levels: satisfied, normal and not satisfied.
