In 2022, totaldevelopment investment capitalin the district is 3,394 billion VND, reaching 100.1% of the plan and equal to 111% compared to the same period. In which, the total capitalpublic investmentThe total budget allocated to 4 budget levels as of December 5, 2022 is more than 648 billion VND and the disbursement result as of December 5, 2022 is more than 462 billion VND, reaching 71% of the assigned plan.

In particular, key projects are focused on accelerating construction progress and high disbursement rates such as monuments and reliefs, fences, administration buildings, toilets, and ceremonial stages under the Project to Preserve and Promote the Value of Nghe Tinh Soviet Monuments; Moc River embankment project; Hoang Muoi Temple service area; Traffic route project connecting National Highway 46 with Provincial Road 542B in Hung Thinh Commune and Le Xuan Dao Street in Hung Thong Commune...

At this time, the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district is focusing on directing and urging investors and contractors to speed up the construction progress of works and projects allocated capital this year with the determination to disburse 100%, including the total allocated capital and the additional capital from December 5, 2022 onwards.

Particularly, 6 medium-term public investment projects for the period 2021 - 2025 with a total of nearly 157 billion VND (central budget capital is nearly 142 billion VND and provincial budget is 15 billion VND); up to this point, the disbursement result is nearly 126/157 billion VND, reaching 80.28% (excluding additional capital due to project adjustment); striving to disburse 100% of the capital allocated from the beginning of the year by January 31, 2023.

Specifically, the Project to Preserve and Promote the Value of Nghe Tinh Soviet Relics costs 80 billion VND; the road connecting National Highway 46 with Road 542B in Hung Thinh Commune and Le Xuan Dao Road in Hung Thong Commune costs 40.895 billion VND; the road connecting National Highway 46A with Road 542C through Hung Dao Commune costs 10 billion VND; the repair and upgrade of Le Xuan Dao irrigation canal costs 20 billion VND; the headquarters of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee costs 5 billion VND; the road to the industrial park in Hung Yen Nam Commune costs 1 billion VND (not including the additional grant at the end of the year of 25 billion VND).
