Previously, at noon on March 7, residents of Dang Kim No Alley (Cat Dai Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong) witnessed Nguyen Hoai Thuong using a kitchen knife to stab Ms. H. multiple times, causing her death on the spot. Thuong then fled the scene.

According to Le Chan District Police, Nguyen Hoai Thuong was persuaded to surrender in Quang Ninh. On the evening of March 7, the perpetrator was transferred to Hai Phong by Le Chan District Police.
The initial cause of the incident was determined to be due to a conflict between Nguyen Hoai Thuong and Ms. H. over a land dispute.
The case is being further investigated and clarified by Hai Phong city authorities./.
