AfterSecond Consultative ConferenceTo agree on the structure, composition, and number of candidates nominated for election to the 15th National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, the number of candidates nominated for the preliminary list of candidates for the National Assembly in the province is 24 (2.46 times the ratio, including the number of candidates nominated by the Central Government). Of which, the proportion of women is 66.6%; ethnic minorities 33%; young people 42%; non-Party members 4%; re-election 15% (not including the number of candidates nominated by the Central Government).

The number of people recommending the preliminary list of candidates for the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 is 206/the number of elected delegates is 83, reaching a ratio of 2.48 times. Of which, the proportion of women is 41%; ethnic minorities is 13.1%; religion is 2%; young people are 32%; non-Party members are 6%; re-election is 45%.

According to the preliminary list of candidates for the 15th National Assembly and the 18th Provincial People's Council established after the second consultation conference, in the province, there are 78 communes, wards and towns where candidates reside and must organize a conference of voters at their place of residence to collect comments and trust for the candidates.

Through this conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has a basis for comprehensive and objective assessment of candidates to consult and establish a list of qualified, exemplary people worthy of voters' trust at the third consultative conference.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee guided the organization of a conference to collect comments and trust from voters at the place of residence forcandidatedeputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 for leaders of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts, cities, towns and communes, wards and towns where candidates reside, along with agencies, units and organizations with candidates recommended.

Accordingly, the authority to organize conferences to collect voters' opinions and trust is chaired by the Commune-level Fatherland Front Committee in coordination with the People's Committee of the same level. It is required that during the process of organizing the conference, the Commune-level Fatherland Front Committee should coordinate with agencies, units, and organizations that have candidates and candidates to agree on a specific time to organize the conference, avoiding organizing the conference without members.

On the side of agencies and organizations that have candidates recommended, they need to arrange time and work to fully participate, and at the same time, have opinions exchanged at the conference on the trust of voters at the workplace before voters at the place of residence to have a more comprehensive view of the candidate.

The responsibility of the Front working committee of the blocks, hamlets and villages where the candidates reside is to coordinate with the block, hamlet and village heads to make a list and invite voters to attend the conference. For blocks, hamlets and villages with less than 100 voters, a conference of all voters must be organized and a quorum must be ensured at least 50% of the total number of voters summoned.

For blocks, hamlets, and villages with more than 100 voters, all voters or household representatives can be invited, but 55 voters must attend the conference. In cases where a candidate has multiple residences, the Commune-level Fatherland Front Committee must agree with the candidate to choose a place to hold the conference.

Participants in the conference to gain confidence, in addition to voters, include the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council at the commune level, candidates and representatives of agencies and organizations with candidates nominated.

The time to organize the conference to collect voters' opinions at the place of residence according to regulations is from March 21 to April 13, 2021. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee expects this work to end on April 11, 2021.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province also emphasized the requirement for the Fatherland Front at all levels to pay attention to grasping the people's situation to proactively propagate and promptly reflect and advise the Party Committee and government to handle, ensuring the election work takes place successfully./.
