Guidelines for salary classification of civil servants in the Physical Education and Sports sector.
The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have jointly issued Circular 02/2015/TTLT-BNV-BVHTTDL guiding the appointment and salary classification of professional titles for civil servants in the field of Physical Education and Sports.
This circular applies to civil servants specializing in Physical Education and Sports working in public sports institutions.
Officials who have been appointed to the professional ranks of the Physical Education and Sports sector according to regulations are now appointed to the professional title of the Physical Education and Sports sector as stipulated in Joint Circular 13/2014/TTLT-BVHTTDL-BNV, as follows: Appointment to the professional title of Senior Coach (Grade I), code V.10.01.01, for officials currently holding the Senior Coach rank, code 18.179.
Appointment to the professional title of Head Coach (Grade II), code V.10.01.02, for civil servants currently holding the rank of Head Coach, code 18.180.
Appointment to the professional title of Coach (Grade III), code V.10.01.03, for civil servants currently holding the rank of Coach, code 18.181.
Appointment to the professional title of tour guide (Grade IV), code V.10.01.04, for civil servants currently holding the rank of tour guide, code 18.182.
Regarding salary classification, the Circular clearly states that the professional title of senior coach (Grade I) is subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants type A3, group 1, ranging from a salary coefficient of 6.20 to 8.00.
The professional title of Head Coach (Grade 2) is subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants type A2, group 1, ranging from 4.40 to 6.78.
The professional title of coach (Grade III) is subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A1, ranging from 2.34 to 4.98.
The professional title of tour guide (Grade IV) is subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants of type B, ranging from 1.86 to 4.06.
This joint circular takes effect from August 1, 2015.
