On August 18, the Department of Performing Arts requested the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City to review the release of the MV "Em khong hoi toi" by singer Huong Giang because the MV was reported to have content and images that go against the values, social ethics and Vietnamese customs.
