You will feel the taste of Tet through red parallel sentences, daffodils, and beautiful pictures displayed at the exhibition of photographer and photojournalist Le Bich.

The exhibition "Craft villages welcome spring" is open to the public from January 22 to February 22 at Kim Ngan communal house, 42-44 Hang Bac, Hanoi. This is one of a series of events in the cultural program celebrating the Party and Spring 2016 organized by the Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board.

Photographer Le Bich said that he has been pursuing the theme of craft villages for 10 years, taking photos continuously and especially during the spring when people devote all their resources to making the most beautiful, delicious, and quintessential products to bring to the capital to serve consumers.

.
The photos in the exhibition "Craft villages welcome spring" are decorated with fruit trays and peach blossoms, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The exhibition displays 30 works taken at 8 craft villages: Nhat Tan peach, Dien grapefruit, Dong Ho paintings, Hang Trong paintings, Dong Cuu embroidery, Tranh Khuc banh chung, Giap Nhat turban and Cao Thon incense village.

"I want people coming to the exhibition to not only see the photos but also see and taste the grapefruit. There is also a photo of a young man working as a narcissus peeler on Hoang Hoa Tham street that I took at the flower market last year," author Le Bich added.

Peach blossoms in Le Bich's photos are also shown from many angles, from full bloom to peach blossoms with only one flower. In addition, viewers can also see young people peeling daffodils, taking care of them, or learn more about the hobby of growing daffodils.

At the Kim Ngan communal house gate, visitors have the opportunity to ask for calligraphy, parallel sentences or observe the process of making folk paintings...

.
A group of young people who work as narcissus trimmers directly perform the steps of caring for the plants for viewers.

Through the exhibition, photographer Le Bich hopes that not only Hanoians and international tourists, but especially young people will learn more about Ke Cho, Hang Street, traditional craft villages or simply the Tet hobbies of the ancients.
