Mobilizing nearly 400 students and teachers to build roads
(Baonghean.vn) - On October 31, Con Cuong Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities mobilized students and teachers to level and repair a road of more than 1km in Thanh Nam village, Bong Khe commune (Con Cuong).

The road, which is more than 1km long, from Bong Khe Commune Health Station to Con Cuong Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities has long been in a state of potholes, muddy in the rain and dusty in the sun. This reality has significantly affected the travel and transportation of agricultural products by farmers, parents, students and more than 50 teachers of the school.

To overcome the difficulties, the school mobilized nearly 400 teachers and students along with the people of Thanh Nam village, Bong Khe commune to repair a road more than 1km long. Using socialized funding, the school poured 10 trucks of gravel to make a graded road.

It is known that Con Cuong Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities was established in 2013. The school is currently borrowing the old premises of Bong Khe Secondary School to teach 298 students. The school's facilities are both lacking and difficult in terms of transportation. This has significantly affected the teaching and learning of teachers and students at the school.
