Anh Son District visits and presents gifts to families entitled to preferential policies.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 21st, leaders of the Anh Son District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Secretary of the District Party Committee, visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in the district.

In Phuc Son commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan, a disabled veteran (category 2/3) in Hamlet 2. Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan, 74 years old, is a veteran and disabled soldier who participated in the fierce resistance war against the US in the 559th Army Corps. In Hamlet 12, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thong, the mother of a fallen soldier. In Anh Son town, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Tran Van Luyen, 68 years old, a disabled veteran who participated in the resistance war against the US. In Hoi Son commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Ha Huy Thiep (Hamlet 7), a disabled veteran, and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cam (Hamlet 1), relatives of fallen soldiers; and visited and presented gifts to the families of Mr. Vi Van Thai (Hamlet 11) and Mr. Nguyen Duc Long (Hamlet 4), both disabled veterans who participated in the resistance war against the US.

On behalf of the district leadership, District Party Secretary Le Hong Vinh acknowledged the family's contributions to society and expressed his wish that the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and policy beneficiary families remain healthy, continue to uphold the traditions of their homeland and family, and the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era, demonstrating a spirit of striving, overcoming difficulties, and working together with the people of the district to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

On this occasion, along with 6 delegations led by Anh Son district leaders, 42 gifts were presented to 42 families of policy beneficiaries, people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, and relatives of policy beneficiary families. Each gift was worth 400,000 VND, totaling 16,800,000 VND.
