(Baonghean.vn) - Faced with the reality that some illegal multi-level marketing activities are a problem, the People's Committee of Do Luong district has stepped up propaganda work to raise people's vigilance.Because in the area there is an agent of the multi-level marketing company Thien Ngoc Minh Uy.

Official dispatch No. 275 of the People's Committee of Do Luong district directed communes and the district's Radio and Television Station to strengthen propaganda work against illegal multi-level marketing.

Specifically, on April 6, in Official Dispatch No. 275, the People's Committee of Do Luong district informed the People's Committees of 33 communes and towns and on the district's Radio and Television Station the following content: "At 7:30 p.m. on April 3, 2016, the news program of Vietnam Television reported that the multi-level marketing activities of Thien Ngoc Minh Uy Company in Thua Thien Hue province showed signs of fraud; many people have come to the competent state agencies to report on the multi-level marketing situation".

In Do Luong district, there is a multi-level marketing business of Thien Ngoc Minh Uy Company Limited in Yen Truong hamlet, Yen Son commune. In order to “minimize possible damage to people as well as stabilize the security and order situation and people’s lives in the area”, the People’s Committee of Do Luong district requests the People’s Committees of communes, towns and the district’s Radio and Television Station to:

Every day, the district's radio station and commune radio station spend time broadcasting about multi-level marketing with signs of fraud to alert people to multi-level marketing tricks.

Inform people that when they see illegal business activities of multi-level marketing enterprises, they should report to the Commune People's Committee, District Police or District Economic and Infrastructure Department.

According to the staff of the Economic and Infrastructure Department of Do Luong district, in Xuan Truong hamlet, Yen Son commune, there is a business household named Ho Sy The who is a multi-level agent of Thien Ngoc Minh Uy Company Limited.

Previously, in September 2015, the district's interdisciplinary inspection team coordinated with Market Management Team No. 5 to inspect law enforcement at this multi-level business location and imposed penalties for a number of violations.
