Quynh Luu District Youth Union: Many humanitarian and charitable activities

In 2012, the Youth Union and Youth Movement of Quynh Luu district achieved many outstanding achievements. District Youth UnionDirected the organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congresses at all levels and successfully organized the 25th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union District Youth Union - Term 2012-2017; Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children at all levels towards the 20th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children. Organized "Youth Month 2012", the campaign "Quynh Luu Youth Study and Follow Uncle Ho's Teachings", ... and exciting activities on the occasion of holidays and anniversaries in the year. Participated in contests to learn about the life and career of comrades Le Hong Phong and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai.
During the year, the District Youth Union carried out the “4 companions” and “5 shocks” movements well; organized the “Red Blood Drop Festival” in 2012 with 359 units of blood collected. The organization gave 300 gifts worth nearly 30 million VND to families with preferential policies, gave 75 million VND to poor students who overcame difficulties, donated over 110 million VND to the “Study Encouragement Fund”, and collected 3,125 stones (equivalent to 50 million VND) to “Contribute stones to build Truong Sa”.
With the theme "Improving the effectiveness of the Youth Union's educational work; continuing to strengthen and improve the quality of the Youth Union branches", the Conference approved the main, key expenditures and programs.Youth Union and Youth Movement of Quynh Luu District in 2013.
At the Conference, the District Youth Union also awarded grassroots Youth Union organizations and Youth Union organizations, Clubs, Teams, and Groups with outstanding achievements in Youth Union work and youth movements in 2012.
