The legendary Honda Super Cub returns with a new look
To celebrate the 2018 Super Cub's release, Honda Thailand has unveiled a Super Cub built by the K-Speed team.

| The Super Cub line has been around for six decades, with over 100 million units sold. The Super Cub's design has modernized over the years, but the 2018 model still retains the original's features and retro style. |

| The 2018 Super Cub is equipped with a 109cc fuel-injected engine, drum brakes and LED lights, blending old features with modern technology. From January 16, the 2018 Super Cub will be sold in Thailand. To mark this event, last month, Honda Thailand gave K-Speed a new Super Cub and 30 days to customize the bike. |

| K-Speed gives the bike a new style with classic LED turn signals, wing-shaped handlebars, shark tooth tires and black and white paint while still keeping the low front end of the bike. |

| The front end is noticeably different. The headlights are lower and housed in custom housings. There are new controls on the handlebars, and a throttle from Biltwell Inc. The handlebars also house a starter button, a turn signal switch, and a speedometer. The wires inside the handlebars have been relocated. |

| The Super Cub's stance is changed by the classic 17x2.5 tires from Vee Rubber. K-Speed also fabricated metal forks, giving the bike a more rugged look. K-Speed removed the rear frame and replaced it with a small fender. |

| The tail light and turn signals are from the Diablo collection (which includes K-Speed custom parts). The tail light is mounted on the lower right side and the license plate is opposite. The turn signals are mounted on the rear fender and on the sides of the front fork covers. There are also a few Diablo parts including the exhaust and the slotted side boxes. These are all custom made for this Super Cub. |

| K-Speed meticulously cared for this Super Cub, the kickstand was CNC cut, the seat was shaped and re-covered with a striped pattern. Finally, K-Speed removed the small radiator grille with the Honda logo, only kept the badge on the side, and applied new decals to the front and rear of the vehicle. |
