Yen Thanh district held a ceremony to honor heroic martyrs

In recent times, with deep respect and gratitude to previous generations, the youth of Yen Thanh district have had many practical and meaningful activities to express pride and uphold the good morals of the nation such as "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude"; visiting, giving gifts and taking care of heroic Vietnamese mothers, carrying out youth projects and tasks, the movement "Silk dress for grandmothers"...,

In the sacred atmosphere at the District Martyrs Cemetery, the resting place of more than 400 outstanding sons of Yen Thanh rice land, delegates and nearly 500 union members and youth offered flowers and incense to pay tribute and commemorate the heroic martyrs.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Yen Thanh District Youth Union presented 15 gifts worth 4.5 million VND to policy families and meritorious people.

Next, Yen Thanh District Youth Union also organized an art program recreating the heroic atmosphere of a glorious resistance war, praising the homeland, country, comradeship, and heroic sacrifice of Uncle Ho's soldiers to protect the Fatherland.
