Hyundai Thanh Cong is currently the car company with the largest distribution system in Vietnam with a total of 35 dealers.

Manufacturer and distributor Hyundai Thanh Cong has just announced cumulative sales figures for the first 9 months of 2016. Accordingly, total Hyundai car sales by the end of the third quarter reached 25,000 units, an increase of 33% over the same period last year.

Thus, the brand from Korea has officially held the 2nd position in terms of sales volume in the Vietnamese passenger car market, far surpassing all other brands and only losing to Toyota.

A recent report from the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA) shows that in the same period of 9 months of 2016, member brand Toyota is currently holding the number 1 position with total cumulative sales of more than 39,000 units. Right behind Hyundai are 2 brands managed by Truong Hai, Mazda and "homegrown" Kia with an output of approximately 23,000 units. The 4th best-selling passenger car brand in Vietnam is Ford with more than 21,000 units sold in 9 months.

In the current Vietnamese automobile market, Hyundai is one of the brands with the densest product portfolio and spread across almost every segment, except the pickup truck segment.

Notably, after simultaneously putting into operation 3 new global 3S standard dealers within just one month, Hyundai Thanh Cong has become the car company with the largest 3S standard dealer system in Vietnam with a total of 35 dealers. If counting dealer branches and authorized service stations, Toyota is still the "giant" with the number 44.

In addition to holding the second position in sales volume and the number 1 position in distribution system, for the past 2 consecutive years, Hyundai Thanh Cong has been rated highest by JDPower in terms of customer satisfaction when buying new cars.
