In the land of kimchi, Elantra is also known as Avante. According to Hyundai-blog, Elantra Sport will not be much different from Avante Sport. Elantra Sport 2017 has a more aggressive design than the current version, with larger air intakes at the front of the car, horizontal LED daytime lights instead of vertical. The grille is attached with a red "Sport" badge.
From the image shows, more detailed side spoilers, 18-inch alloy wheels with various designs, combined with 225/40 tires. Redesigned rear bumper, simulated diffuser and pair of chrome exhaust pipes.
Hyundai also equipped the Elantra Sport with a multi-link rear suspension. The car uses a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with a capacity of 201 horsepower and a maximum torque of 265 Nm. Standard 6-speed manual transmission, optional 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The interior of the 2017 Elantra Sport features faux carbon fiber accents, sport seats, and a flat-bottom steering wheel. In the domestic market, Hyundai offers an extended option package with different 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, and a number of high-performance details.
