[Infographic] 70 years of Vietnam's first Constitution

(Baonghean.vn) - After the success of the August Revolution, on September 3, 1945, at the first meeting of the Provisional Government, President Ho Chi Minh raised the issue of the need for a democratic Constitution for Vietnam. After 10 months of active preparation, under the close guidance of President Ho Chi Minh, on November 9, 1946, the 1st National Assembly (2nd session) officially approved the first Constitution of our country (with 240/242 votes in favor), which was the 1946 Constitution.
