(Baonghean.vn) - Along with the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer 2019, which took effect from January 1, 2020, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP replacing Decree 46/2016/ND-CP, which took effect from January 1, 2020, sharply increased the penalty for people who drink alcohol and drive cars, motorbikes, and bicycles.
