(Baonghean.vn) - Along with the 2019 Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer, which took effect from January 1, 2020, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, replacing Decree 46/2016/ND-CP, took effect from January 1, 2020, sharply increased the fine for people who drank alcohol and drove cars, motorbikes, and bicycles.
