(Baonghean.vn) - Over the past year, according to estimates from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS) has carried out more than 3,000 executions in the country, including 1,800 civilian victims. Most recently, on November 18, IS announced that they had killed a Chinese hostage and a Norwegian hostage.
