According to the newspaper, the British Foreign Office is trying to find out whether past and present "nuclear powers" helped Kim Jong-un make a breakthrough in his nuclear warhead and missile development program.

"At the moment we are investigating the situation as to why this country was able to make such a leap forward in technology. We are examining what role some former 'nuclear power' or current 'nuclear power' played, whether intentionally or not," the Telegraph quoted a diplomat as saying.

At the same time, according to published news, Iran tops the list of "suspects" in providing part of the secret assistance.

At the same time, according to the Telegraph, Russia is also under suspicion by the British government.
