Iran suspected of participating in North Korea's nuclear program
The British government believes that North Korea may be indebted to Iran for its recent successes in developing nuclear weapons, the Telegraph reports.

According to the newspaper, the British Foreign Office is trying to find out whether past and present "nuclear powers" helped Kim Jong-un make a breakthrough in his nuclear warhead and missile development program.
"At the moment we are investigating the situation as to why this country was able to make such a leap forward in technology. We are examining what role some former 'nuclear power' or current 'nuclear power' played, whether intentionally or not," the Telegraph quoted a diplomat as saying.
