Iran has received a peace offer from the US
After the US announcement of a ceasefire deal, Iran said it had received a peace offer.

According to Reuters on June 24, Iranian officials confirmed Iran's agreement to the US ceasefire proposal in the conflict with Israel, through Qatar.
Not long ago, CNN reported from an unnamed senior Iranian official that the country had not received a ceasefire proposal. Tehran intended to fight until lasting peace was achieved.
"Iran has not received any ceasefire proposal and sees no reason for such a proposal... Iran will continue to fight until a lasting peace is achieved," CNN said.
The official added that Iran would regard any statements by Israel or the United States as “deception” aimed at justifying attacks against Tehran’s interests.
The US Vice President has expressed Washington's desire to have direct contact with Tehran instead of talking through intermediaries.
“The message has always been conveyed through some intermediary. That has always been true with the Iranians. Of course, we want to talk to them. The president has made that clear. We want to have a direct conversation in the future,” Vance told Fox News.
