Iran claims it can sink US warships with secret weapons
An Iranian military official claims the country can sink US warships deployed in the Gulf with missiles and secret weapons.

According to General Morteza Qorbani - advisor to the Iranian military command: "The US is sending two warships to the area. If they do the slightest stupid thing, we will use two missiles or two secret weapons to sink the ship, its crew and the plane into the sea." He did not reveal any information about the secret weapon.
General Qorbani made the above statement after the US announced sending 1,500 more troops to the Middle East to strengthen defense against Iran.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif criticized this as an extremely dangerous move, threatening international peace and security.
