Israel launches fierce airstrikes on Syria, Russia's S-300 missiles are mysteriously 'silent'
Last night, July 23, the Israeli air force carried out a large-scale airstrike on a target in al-Hara, Daraa province, southern Syria.
The Israeli attack caused heavy material damage but there were no reports of casualties. Al-Hara is the highest point in the southern Syrian province of Daraa, and from here the entire Golan Heights can be observed.
What is special is that this area is completely within the range of the Syrian S-300 system, but there has been no response from this defense system.

Israel has not yet responded to the information about the airstrike on Al-Hara, but the Jerusalem Post quoted an Israeli military source as saying that with the Rampage missile, the Israeli Air Force is capable of neutralizing the Syrian S-300 if this defense system threatens their operations.
However, instead of conducting large-scale and frequent airstrikes as before, Israel has chosen key targets to attack in the face of the inability of the S-300 and Syrian air defenses.
There is currently no convincing explanation for the reason for the S-300's mysterious silence in the face of Israeli airstrikes.
