Juventus lost despite Ronaldo scoring

Ronaldo's determination to extend his scoring streak in Serie A was evident from the start of the match. Every time he received the ball within 20 metres of Verona's goal, the Portuguese striker tried to handle and finish. In the first 45 minutes, Juventus had four clear chances, with Ronaldo owning three of them.

In the 76th minute, two indecisive clearances from Bentancur and Miralem Pjanic gave Fabio Borini a one-on-one opportunity. The striker who had just transferred from AC Milan easily defeated Wojciech Szczesny to equalize 1-1. 10 minutes later, it was Leonardo Bonucci's turn to use his hand to block the ball after a header from Marash Kumbulla. After consulting VAR, the referee awarded Verona a penalty. Veteran Giampaolo Pazzini finished into the top corner to seal a 2-1 victory for the home team.

Mourinho shaved his head

The Portuguese coach visited the famous Haks Oscar barbershop in London. A picture of him posted on Instagram later caused a stir when Mourinho appeared with a bald head.

This is not the first time Mourinho has shaved his head. And Tottenham fans can see this as a sign of good luck, as the 57-year-old coach has always had very good results after changing his appearance like this.

In the 2006-2007 season, Chelsea won 9 out of 11 Premier League matches when Mourinho had this hairstyle. In the 2013-2014 season, when he returned to Stamford Bridge, Mourinho used Fernando Torres' hair clipper to shave his head, and then "The Blues" won 8 out of the next 10 domestic matches.

Tottenham are currently fifth in the Premier League, four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea. Since taking charge, Mourinho has recorded 10 wins, four draws and five defeats. Last week, Tottenham beat Southampton 3-2 in an FA Cup fourth-round replay.

The player competing with Van Hau helps Heerenveen gain points

Welcoming the opponent ranked 16th on the rankings, Heerenveen did not hide their intention to attack VVV-Venlo after the opening whistle. Coach Jansen's team pushed the ball to the right wing for Van Bergen to make a cross but it was not effective.

The left flank and the centre were the next attacking routes the home side used to penetrate the visitors' multi-layered defence. Jens Odgaard was the target of the passes but the number 9 striker had poor ball control.

The surprise came early in the second half when VVV had a chance to take the lead. Center back Dresevic pushed Yeboah down in the penalty area, forcing the referee to point to the penalty spot. Striker No. 10 Opoku easily beat goalkeeper Bednarek to put the visitors ahead.
