The Investigation Police Agency of Yen Thanh District has initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and detained Bui Van Hung (20 years old, residing in Huu Kiem Commune, Ky Son District) for 3 months for robbery.

Previously, on July 9, Thai Huu Kh. (14 years old, resident of Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) reported that a young man used a knife to control him, stabbed him seriously, and robbed him of his iPhone 5S. According to Kh., when he was robbed, he fought back fiercely, causing the robber to have a severe cut on his hand, causing a lot of bleeding.

From Kh's report, Yen Thanh District Police discovered that Hung had an injured hand and was getting his wound bandaged at Bao Son Hospital (in Cong Thanh Commune). Realizing that Hung was a "big shot", Yen Thanh District Police's Investigation Police Agency reported to and coordinated with the Department of Social Order Crime Investigation (PC45), Nghe An Provincial Police, to expand the investigation.

Hung confessed that in addition to causing injuries to rob Kh of her phone, Hung stabbed a motorbike taxi driver in the area near Len Hai Vai relic in Dien Binh commune, Dien Chau district, to rob his motorbike and phone. As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 4:00 p.m. on July 4, in the area near the Len Hai Vai relic in Dien Binh commune, Dien Chau district, a robber seriously injured a motorbike taxi driver, stole his motorbike and phone and fled. The area where the robbery took place was about 200 meters from National Highway 7, in the middle of a field with few people passing by, so no one knew.

After being seriously injured by a robber, having his motorbike and phone stolen, the motorbike taxi driver tried to crawl to the highway to call for help. Hearing the victim's weak cries, people discovered him and quickly took him to the emergency room. The driver was stabbed 4 times, bleeding profusely and passed out afterwards. The motorbike taxi driver, Mr. Nguyen Le Nha (born in 1948, residing in Nam Son commune, Do Luong district), was saved and reported to the police.

It is known that Hung has 2 previous convictions for theft. After being released from prison, Hung went to Hanoi to work, then on July 3, Hung returned to his hometown and committed the two robberies above.
