The incident was reported immediately, Quynh Luu District Police immediately investigated and clarified, arrested Nguyen Tat Linh (born 1987, residing in Da Son, Do Luong) and recovered the motorbike to return to Ms. Can's family.

Also on April 23, the family of Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoan, residing in Hamlet 9, Nghia Mai, Nghia Dan) left their Eciter motorbike, license plate 37X8-8479 in the yard when a thief broke in and stole it, worth about 30 million VND. Currently, the case is being investigated by Nghia Dan District Police.

Previously, at 8:30 a.m. on April 22, taking advantage of a loophole, a thief broke the lock and broke into the house of Ms. Ngo Thi Hoai Thanh (born in 1976, residing in Hamlet 2, Nghi Truong Commune, Nghi Loc), stealing a laptop, a 3G USB and 50 million VND in cash, causing a total loss of about 65 million VND.
