The person who posted the clip of Van Mai Huong and the person who distributed it may be prosecuted.
Internet users may pass around Van Mai Huong's clips in a moment of joy, but that is uncivilized and unethical behavior.
On December 28, social media was "in turmoil" because of 5 clips said to be extracted from security cameras recording daily activities at Van Mai Huong's house.
In the clip, she freely changed clothes, not anticipating that the camera recording sensitive images could be leaked.
According to the time of video extraction recorded on the clip, these clips were recorded in 2015 but for unknown reasons were suddenly released at this time. Opinions are that an individual or group of subjects hacked into the security system where Van Mai Huong lived to extract images from security cameras.

Notably, in this case, a number of internet users not only passed the story around out of curiosity but also showed signs of gloating and enjoying it. Recently, Van Mai Huong has often caused controversy because of her personal opinions. Unlike artists who express their social opinions normally, Van Mai Huong is willing to “retaliate” against those who disagree with her. Therefore, the incident in which the female singer was harmed this time is suspected to be an act of retaliation and humiliation to intimidate her.
Known for her strong personality, Van Mai Huong showed her obvious depression when chatting with her close friend. To her friend named T.D.B, she texted: “I just want to die”. Responding to her friend named TH, she said: “I was very sad this morning but I’m better now. Everyone gathered at my house, afraid that I would commit suicide”.
