The class was attended by 80 students who are secretaries, chairmen, vice chairmen, and chairmen of the fronts of communes in the district. The class took place from May 20 to May 31. The students will be equipped by officers of the Provincial Military School, the Provincial Police and the District Military Command with knowledge about the military and defense guidelines and viewpoints of the Party and State in the field of national defense and security such as the Vietnamese people's war to protect the socialist Fatherland; building strong and comprehensive communes, wards and towns and military rear policies; building militia and self-defense forces and reserve forces in communes, wards and towns, etc. Thereby, to raise awareness for cadres and people about strengthening national defense and security, raising the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, defeating all plots and tricks of peaceful evolution and hostile regimes, maintaining security and order - social safety in the area, creating conditions for socio-economic development.
