Opening ceremony of the 2012 training course on Party theory for new members.

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 23rd, the Party Committee of the Nghe An Border Guard Command inaugurated the 2012 theoretical training course for new Party members.

The training course was attended by 33 new party members from border guard posts along the province's two border lines.

During the 7-day period, the trainees received basic training on Party building and mass mobilization work. In addition, it helped the trainees, upon returning to their units, to continuously strive and cultivate their character and ethics to become full Party members, worthy of the title of a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, contributing to the successful completion of Party building work as outlined in the Party Committee's resolution.
