Opening of business director training course in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 4, in Vinh City, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Center for Enterprise Support and Development in collaboration with Top Olimpia Business School opened the CEO training course - K11.
Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Manh Khoi - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization; Dao Quang Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc; Hoang Vinh Truong - Director of the Provincial Center for Enterprise Support and Development, along with lecturers and business associations in the province. |
The course is part of the Business Training Plan associated with enhancing the competitiveness and integration capacity of enterprises in Nghe An province, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2002/QD-UBND dated May 16, 2017.
This training course was attended by more than 60 students representing businesses in Nghe An province. The course has two main objectives: equipping and improving knowledge for business people in management and enhancing the spirit of communication and connection with other businesses.

The course consists of 28 sessions with 7 topics. In the first 2 days, business representatives will be taught by Ms. Vu Thi Bich Quynh - lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Top Olimpia on the topic of Financial Management and Financial Management Tools.
In addition, students are also provided with knowledge with many attractive topics such as: Human resource management and building a competency dictionary for CEOs; Marketing management and IMC orientation; Time management skills and effective work organization; The art of negotiation for CEOs; Presentation and teamwork; Business strategy... trained by senior lecturers.

The CEO K11 training course will help students equip themselves with valuable knowledge and experience to successfully apply to the production and business practices of each enterprise and unit; at the same time, build a growing team of entrepreneurs in Nghe An province, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
In 2017, Nghe An Province Center for Enterprise Support and Development organized 3 CEO training courses, and CEO course - K11 is the last course of the year.

The course is expected to last for 2 months. At the closing ceremony, students will be awarded CEO K11 diplomas.
