Opening of the Mid-Autumn Festival "Moon of Love" for disabled and disadvantaged children
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of September 20, the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Labor jointly organized the opening ceremony of the 2018 Mid-Autumn Festival for disadvantaged and disadvantaged children at the Provincial Center for Education and Vocational Training for People with Disabilities.

In the warm and joyful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival night with the theme "Moon of Love", the delegates shared joy with the disabled and disadvantaged children at the Center, listened to the Mid-Autumn Festival greetings from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and enjoyed the lion dance, traditional performances performed by teachers and students of the Provincial Vocational Education Center for the Disabled and some participating units and together had fun cutting the cake and breaking the feast to open the festival.

Here, the representative of the Provincial People's Committee Office presented the province's Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of the Center for Education for the Disabled and the SOS Children's Village of the province, and presented 40 gifts to children in difficult circumstances and disadvantaged children with outstanding achievements in their studies.
Mid-Autumn Festival for disadvantaged or disadvantaged children is an annual activity organized by the Provincial People's Committee to encourage them. This is truly a joy and a great source of spiritual encouragement that the province gives to disadvantaged children and other disadvantaged children in the whole province.

Nghe An Center for Education and Vocational Training for the Disabled is a specialized education center of the province that has just completed 40 years of establishment; the center currently has 256 students, most of whom are under 16 years old. Along with organizing cultural studies, learning embroidery and handicrafts, the center also has the function of consulting, intervening and rehabilitating functions for children with disabilities in the province.
