Opening of the 2018 Nghe An Provincial English Olympic Competition
(Baonghean.vn) - To welcome the 3rd Congress of Nghe An Provincial Student Association and the 10th Congress of Vietnam Student Association, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee coordinated with the Provincial Student Association to organize the "Nghe An Provincial English Olympic Competition 2018" on the morning of October 7.
"Nghe An Province English Olympic Competition 2018" was organized for the first time by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, with the participation of 12 teams of union members, youth, students from Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Vinh City Youth Union, Youth Union of State Agencies, Youth Union of Enterprises and 9 Universities and Colleges in the area.

After the teams are divided into 2 groups A and B, each team must pass 4 rounds: Warm-up, obstacle course, acceleration and finish line. After the qualifying round, the Organizing Committee will select the 4 best teams (2 First and 2 Second teams of each group) to enter the final round.

The contest with many types of rich knowledge in different fields such as culture, education, politics, society... requires each contestant to not only have English ability but also have logical thinking and extensive professional and social knowledge.

With the theme "Mastering English - Confidently integrating", the 2018 English Olympic Competition has created a useful playground, a learning environment, and a place to practice English for students, youth union members, meeting the integration trend and serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
