Opening of Yen Trung commune combat exercise in the defense area
On the afternoon of November 18, at the Party Committee Hall of Yen Trung commune, the Steering Committee for the defense zone exercise of Nghe An province held the opening ceremony of the Yen Trung commune combat exercise in the defense zone.

Attending and directing the exercise were Major General Le Van Vy - Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4; Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Assistant to the Department of Militia and Self-Defense Forces, Ministry of National Defense; Colonel Ha Van Thuan - Head of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces Department, General Staff of Military Region 4; Colonel Tran Vo Viet - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command. Also attending were the Exercise Organizing Committee, the Director Team, the Exercise Framework and representatives of the units.

The Yen Trung commune combat exercise in the defense area took place from November 18-19, including 3 phases: Moving armed forces into combat readiness states, moving local activities into defense states and conditions. Organizing defensive combat preparations. Practicing defensive combat.
The Exercise is operated according to the following mechanism: Party Committee leads, government directs; Military Command coordinates with police, branches, and organizations to advise and organize implementation; participating forces include the entire grassroots political system, commune armed forces, and the masses.

In the practice of operating the mechanism, the conference chairmen demonstrated proactive, flexible, and scientific management methods; handled situations according to principles, clearly ensuring the leadership role of the Party and the management and administration of the government through each stage and each training content.
The key contents to be implemented include: Moving the armed forces from a state of regular combat readiness to a state of high combat readiness; Moving local activities into a state of national defense emergency; handling A2 situations; Moving combat readiness from high to all, putting the locality into a state of war; Organizing prevention and fighting back against enemy fire attacks; Organizing preparation and practicing defensive operations./.
